  • THE BOSS

    Icarus Hines started his career in butchery aged 15 at Baxters Butchers, Dereham as a Saturday boy.
    At 16 he went to catering college with the intention of becoming a chef but was drawn back to the butchers at 17, this time to Dewhurst in Dereham.
    He stayed with Dewhurst for 7 years during which time he managed several shops, won numerous awards and finally became a sales promoter for the district.
    At the age of 24 the opportunity arose for him to start his own business in Cromer, so with a massive loan of £2,000 he took the plunge, and so as they say, the rest is history.

    If there's something you would like that we don't have in stock, we can order it or cut to your requirements. No order to small, no request too troubling we aim to please.
